Triangle Training Holds

<p>The Triangle Training Holds by YY Vertical are made of recycled rubber wood and offer a variety of grip options with a pleasantly soft surface. They are supplied as a pair.</p> <p>Four different grip types are included: 25mm, 20mm, 15mm and single finger holes. The triangles can each be rotated 360&deg; around the suspension so that the desired grip is at the bottom. And because they're so compact and lightweight, they're easy to take with you for training and warming up wherever you want.</p>
