The lacing, inspired by the climbing shoe sector, allows individual adaptation. In the upper Scarpa relies on extremely robust Perwanger leather for maximum protection during tough off-road use. Particularly exposed areas are additionally provided with a robust rubber coating.&nbsp;</p><p>The elaborate sole construction of the Scarpa Zodiac Plus GTX shoes with special heel cushioning pad, two-component EVA midsole and Vibram® outsole with self-cleaning profile and climbing zone ensures outstanding walking comfort and precision - when hiking on long mountain stages as well as in technical via ferrata passages.</p>
