You can open the ventilation zips to prevent you from getting too warm. The jacket is cut in such a way that you have full freedom of movement as well as enough space for a warm mid-layer. The sleeves can be fastened tightly, the seams are fully taped, the zippers are water-repellent laminated and an integrated snow gaiter also keeps you dry from below. The jacket's high collar leads into a hood that fits over your ski helmet.
