<p>The Ligurian Hiking Trail is a marked long-distance hiking trail that runs the length of Liguria. The starting point is in Ventimilia on the French border, the destination is in Ceparana, a small town just outside La Spezia. There are 440 km in between. At the beginning, the landscape is dominated by the magnificent high mountain scenery of the Ligurian Alps.</p> <p <p>The roof of Liguria, the 2,000 m high summit of Monte Sacarello, is already on the program during stage 3. At the Cadibona Pass, the rounded peaks of the Apennine Mountains set off the Alpine panorama. Thanks to its altitude, fascinating views of the nearby coastline and the Ligurian Sea open up along the entire length of the mountain trail.</p> <p <p>You can easily travel to and from Nice and Pisa by all means of transport, and low-cost airlines flying from Germany to Nice and Pisa offer a cheap alternative.</p> <p <p>&nbsp;</p>
